REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

At Maison NA-KA we not only custom make your order as per size but we also go the extra mile to custom make the outfit to fit your height.

We currently do not offer refunds due to the time, effort, and labor that goes into your customization.

We try our level best to provide you with as many angles of the outfits in the best quality. You can also have a closer feel of the fabric in our videos on the product page.

We request you go through the product description size guide and care instructions before making your purchase.

​

Unevenness in color & texture of print is not a fault but a part of the fabric and its natural characteristics.

​

In the rare case of fulfillment errors from our side, the outfit will be exchanged or the amount will be refunded to you in the form of coupon store credit which can be redeemed in the next three months.

Please email us at maisonnaka.com@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. After our due diligence, we will do the needful. (The cost of any return or exchange needs to be borne by the customer)

Clothing sent to us without prior email and our consent in return will not be accepted.

Please note every order and client is valuable to us and therefore we follow strict quality and sizing checks before sending out any parcel.
