Terms & Conditions for Maison NA-KA credits

• Balance in Credits can be redeemed for merchandise in the form of a coupon code at website/app www.maisonnaka.com

• By using maisonnaka.com coupon Credits, you agree to all Terms & Conditions for maisonnaka.com Credits.

• Balance in Maison NA-KA coupon Credits is not redeemable for cash.

• Balance in Maison NA-KA Credits must be utilized by indicated expiry date. The expiry date of individual line items under Maison NA-KA Credits cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• No two coupon credit codes can be used simultaniously.

• Maison NA-KA Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using Maison NA-KA coupon credits. The holder of the Maison NA-KA coupon Credits account shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the coupon code and the credentials.

• The order of redemption of individual line items in Maison NA-KA coupon Credits is based on the nearest date of expiry. This cannot be changed.

• Maison NA-KA reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

• Dispute/s subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

 

Payment Terms

• You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website/app (www.maisonnaka.com) and the Maison NA-KA Limited mobile applications for shopping at the time you submitted your order (Product Price).

• All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly by Maison NA-KA set forth in the Terms and Conditions).

• That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by maisonnaka.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost.

Quantity restrictions

Maisonnaka.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same person, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Labelnaka.com also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items

Pricing information

While maisonnaka.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Maisonnaka.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, maisonnaka.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, maisonnaka.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and labelnaka.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of placing the order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that maisonnaka.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit/debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been process. The payment may be process prior to labelnaka.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have process the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card account.

Cancellation by maisonnaka.com

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account

We will seek authorisation on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorisation on your card from your Card, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If however the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Labelnaka.com reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.

 

Cancellation of fraudulent orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, labelnaka.com reserves the right to cancel pending and future orders without any liability. Labelnaka.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website/app and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

 

Returns/Exchange through courier collection

Any refund against a return request made to labelnaka.com customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original invoice and tags.

After the merchandise is received by maisonnaka.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder's credit/debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit/debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's bank.

Some items can only be returned through courier collection process.

 

Financial details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit card details or other financial details provided by you for availing of services on maisonnaka.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit /debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned/obtained by you. You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our acquiring bank and not stored by maisonnaka.com. Maisonnaka.com will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. All information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy

 

Fraudulent/Declined transactions

Maisonnaka.com and Maison NA-KA acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Website/app fraudulently. Maisonnaka.com and its associated partners including banks or financial institutions reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website/app and any other unlawful acts or acts or in breach of these terms and conditions

 

Electronic Communications
